SEPTEMBER VEGGIE DINNER
Caribbean Cocktail Recipes

DAIQUIRI
2 oz BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho
3/4 oz fresh grapefruit juice
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz turbinado simple syrup*
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, shake well, and strain into a sour or coupe glass. Garnish with lime wheel

MOJITO
2 oz BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz turbinado simple syrup*
6-8 mint leaves
Gently muddle mint in a sturdy glass with lime juice and simple syrup. Add the rum and fill the glass with ice. Stir to combine ingredients. Top off with Topo Chico or soda water

OLD FASHION
2 oz BACARDÍ Gran Reserva Diez
1/2 oz turbinado simple syrup*
3 dashes Bittercube Blackstrap bitters

ICED VENEZUELAN COFFEE
1 oz Santa Teresa 1776 Solera Rum
3 oz Cold Brew Concentrate
Cold foam of your choice
Add rum and coffee to tall glass. Add ice, top with cold foam

*TURBINADO SIMPLE SYRUP
Equal parts Sugar In the Raw and water. Dissolve sugar in water
